Workshop help entrepreneurs to grow and succeed

Are you clear on how your business is structured, who the key stakeholders are and where your revenue streams lie?

Aiming at addressing these (and many other questions!) that entrepreneurs and business owners encounter day in, day out (especially when starting out), on May 15, Nwes (one of the largest not-for-profit enterprise agencies in the UK offering total business support, boosting self-employment and encouraging enterprise) put together the workshop Business Model Canvas” here at Cowork Hub.

Sharing expertise

Delivered by Jonathan Bannisterwho has a long history of successful communications planning on accounts such as Procter & Gamble and Financial Times and currently leads strategic planning at Make Happy (a creative communications consultancy firm), Jonathan has certainly brought his wealth of experience to the workshop.

We caught up with our coworker Andy Hickey, from Netamity to find out what he has taken from the get-together

Like many business owners out there, perhaps I get bogged down in addressing business priorities as they come up and conducting work on an ad-hoc basis. The Business Model Canvas” session was an excellent opportunity to take a step back and re-address questions about the purpose and success factors of my business, and allow me find ways to improve this. Jonathan was passionate about the business canvas process and was able to show how it is relevant to growing businesses such as mine. I really enjoyed it.”

Much more to come

Delivered by Nwes on behalf  of the London Growth Hubthe event is part of the initiative Start, Scale, Grow“, a programme designed to give start-ups and SMEs owners the knowledge, skills, tools and confidence they need to scale and grow their businesses.

Several workshops are set to take place here at Cowork Hub until late July. To register for the programme and sign up for the upcoming events, please click here
