Is anybody out there?

With attention to spans sinking and sky-rocking competition (not to mention all the distractions these days), how do you make sure that your sales presentation is up to the challenge?

To shed some lights on the issue, on May 22, our coworkers joined the “Sales & Presentation Skills” workshop hosted at Cowork Hub, as part of the Start, Scale, Grow initiative, which is offering a range of free workshops led by industry experts.

Sales presentation that actually sells

Covering basic sales skills and techniques, and how to deliver a professional business presentation with impact, participants left the workshop well equipped with the knowledge and skills that they need to get out there and sell their products/services effectively.

“It was great indeed. Both Chris and Danusia were quite passionate about the topic and really knew what they were talking about. From preparing to sell, getting to know the client to using (tried and tested) sales technique, I have learned a great deal” – Nneka Molokwu

Delivered by Chris Matthews (Senior Lecturer and Head of the Business and Enterprise Division at London South Bank University) and Danusia Wysocki (a qualified accountant and Senior Lecturer in the Business and Enterprise Division at London South Bank University), the workshop was a valuable chance to help coworkers to plan and deliver powerful presentations that really connect with their audience.

“Thank you to everyone who attended the Sales & Presentation Skills workshop. The interactive session focused on the skills and techniques that small and medium businesses need to develop in order to connect effectively with their market and build strong, sustainable relationships with their customers” – Chris Matthews

Hosted by Nwes on behalf of the London Growth Hub, the event is part of the initiative Start, Scale, Grow, a programme designed to give start-ups and SMEs owners the knowledge, skills, tools and confidence they need to scale and grow their businesses.

Several workshops are set to take place here at Cowork Hub until late July, 2017. To sign up for the upcoming events, please click here.
